The PQZR8-SP intelligent External bypass soft starter is a new intelligent starting device with international advanced level, which is based on microprocessing as the core, combined with technologies such as controllable silicon power drive, software and hardware protection, menu LED display, keyboard operation, torque control, and fuzzy PID closed-loop algorithm. It integrates motor soft start, soft stop, light load energy-saving, and multiple functions.
This device has complete functions, stable performance, and is widely used in the start-up process of transmission equipment, fans, slurry machines, compressors, and other loads. Designed for three-phase AC squirrel-cage induction motors operating at 320V to 460V, 50/60Hz, with a rated current of 1200A or less.

☑Phase Loss Protection:
When any one of the three phases is open-circuited, the protection action time is less than 1 minute.
☑Phase Imbalance Protection:
When the three-phase imbalance K1 or K2 is greater than 10%, the protection action time is less than 10 minutes.
☑Overcurrent Protection:
When the motor is stalled, the protector operates with a delay of (±1s).
☑Overvoltage Protection:
When the power supply voltage Ue > 120%, the protection action time is less than 1 second.
☑Undervoltage Protection:
When the power supply voltage is (60%-75%) Ue, the protection action time is less than 60 seconds.
☑Reset Function:
Manual reset via the stop button.
☑Overtemperature Protection:
When the soft starter operates at an excessive temperature, the soft starter will automatically shut down and report a soft start overheat fault.

If the altitude exceeds 1000 meters, the capacity should be reduced accordingly. For every 100 meters increase above 1000 meters, the current should be reduced by 0.5%; The relative humidity should not exceed 95% when the ambient temperature is between -10 ℃ and+40 ℃; No condensation, no flammable and explosive gases, no conductive dust, in a well ventilated indoor environment
